Eboy card

Eboy felt so massive from the late 90s into the mid 2000s. Such a style of the time. It felt retro in a way, as the low-fi 80s game graphics were being well surpassed by all the 3D and polygony games, but in a way now it's even more retro for the fact that pixels have kind of disappeared. At least to the naked eye.
I always admired how well they got (and some artists still get) so much character and nuance in such tiny characters and objects, with so few pixels to play with. I remember a friend, Rob Bartlett, was particularly skilled at it, and uses the same skill now to craft immaculate icons for use at even tinier scales.
Impressive work. Even of the content of this one is a bit off.
