Perhaps one (and another) of the more random pieces to collect, but I like the way this feels like a pop-up dialogue box on a website. It struck me that I'm not sure if touches like this would have been designed like this before the web, or if we always had real work postcard size dialogue boxes all along.

It's an interesting piece from a content design perspective also. It reads a bit chunkily for me, but for the most part, I find it's polite and friendly concern quite comforting.
