This arrived with another one. This one feels sooo spammy though with it's all caps 'FRAUD OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT' masthead. And less caring in the way it phrases 'We trust that the document has been received intact.' Feels pedantic almost.

Wonder if the two were designed by the same team, at the same time? And if they're still used or have been iterated much? And if many people on LinkedIn have it written in all caps that they work at the FRAUD OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT?
