I love etchings and linocuts so kept this as a nice reference, and a liking of its clean and minimal design. I went to both the original St. JOHN on St. John Street  and the lovely Bread and Wine one in Spitalfields a long time ago. Both were amazing, at the time, but as I'm mostly vegetarian now I feel a bit bad for thinking so fondly of all that meat.
